AGID’s Market Development Funds program is structured first as a strategy development discipline: problem statement, hypothesis, competitive analysis, market sizing, and in-person Voice of Customer work, validated before activation. It is not a fund allocation. Identical structure for every partner; execution customized to the partner’s grain quality solution. Funds finance the strategy build, action plan, and deployment that follow.
AGID offers two program structures.
Full Bundle. The complete commercial engine: strategy development discipline, in-person Voice of Customer work, channel build, integrated marketing activation, and the in-field execution that puts your solution in front of grain operators. For partners who need both the thinking and the doing.
Marketing-Only. Integrated marketing activation against an existing strategy and channel. Demand generation, content, campaign execution, and attribution. For partners who already have the channel and the field motion in place and need the marketing engine to match.
Both programs run through the same strategy development discipline at the front end. The scope of execution differs.
